• Check-in time: From 10:00 AM
• Check-out time: By 9:00 AM
• Restaurant open hours: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Food orders will be taken from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Guests can access Pool area for free from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Early check-in / late check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Maximum occupancy: Please adhere to the specified room capacity for safety and comfort.
• All rooms are non-smoking. A deep cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside.
• Daily housekeeping service is provided unless otherwise requested.
• Requests for extra bedding, baby cots, or amenities should be made in advance.
• Refund Policy: All advance payments are final and non-refundable.
• Service Charge: A fee of 100 rupees applies per room food service, (Restaurant dining is free)

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations finalized 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time shall entitle the Guest to a complimentary rebooking credit. This exclusive credit permits the reservation of the equivalent room category for a future engagement within 6 months of the original arrival date, strictly subject to availability and seasonal adjustments.
