2. Resort Etiquette & Care

• Respectful Conduct: Please maintain polite behavior toward staff and fellow guests. We also ask that you care for our garden plants and trees.
• Property Care: Please handle all hotel property, appliances, and amenities with care.
• Safety & Decorum: Ensure proper supervision of children at all times. Avoid activities that may disturb others or involve illegal or unsafe actions.
• Maintenance: Promptly inform management of any accidental damage or equipment malfunctions.
• Cleanliness: Please dispose of waste in the bins provided and help us maintain a clean environment.

3. Facilities & Service Hours

• Swimming Pool: Free access from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. (Usage after 7:00 PM: ₹300 per person).
• Restaurant: Ordering hours are 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The dining area closes at 11:00 PM.
• Outside Beverages: Consumption of outside drinks is subject to a service fee of ₹500/hour/table.

4. Payment & Cancellation

All reservations at Resort Atmosphere are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment. This deposit serves as a guarantee of your arrival; therefore, the amount is wholly non-refundableregardless of the cancellation date. We recommend that our guests hold comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to their plans.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations finalized 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled check-in time shall entitle the Guest to a complimentary rebooking credit. This exclusive credit permits the reservation of the equivalent room category for a future engagement within 6 months of the original arrival date, strictly subject to availability and seasonal adjustments.
